Guava is the flavor of the season at Trader Joe’s but this Miami girl thrives on guava year round!
For a high protein snack I divide the TJ guava passionfruit yogurt into two, I then add half a scoop of flavorless protein in each new container and then fill the rest with Greek yogurt. This creates more volume, higher protein and less sugar with the same great guava taste! I top them with the passion fruit granola!
