/mjam/ (n.) — the French way to say “yum”… and honestly, it fits perfectly 💛
Tucked right in the heart of Wynwood’s arts district, this spot had been on my list and since my friend Jackie is the queen of all-day breakfast, brunch here was non-negotiable after our museum day.
It’s a casual counter-order setup, but while I was in line I spotted their matcha situation and immediately pivoted!
They layer fruit at the bottom (mango or strawberry), and I didn’t even hesitate… instant order.
10/10 would go back for the matcha alone.
For quick bites they have empanadas: you have a choice of beef, chicken, spinach or ham & cheese.
But where they really shine? The food.
Think fluffy pancake stacks loaded with Nutella, dulce de leche, even Dubai chocolate 👀
Or if you want something savory, they’ve got grain bowls, salads topped with mahi mahi, Caribbean chicken or steak, plus open-faced toasts and sandwiches.
But like I said… we came for breakfast.
I went with the Iberian breakfast burrito and it did not miss:
flour tortilla, scrambled eggs, cheddar, Iberian ham croqueta, avocado smash, pickled onions, pico de gallo, sour cream + a side salad.
